Directions:
(Note - if you are using a GPS system, and input our physical address, it will often "end" your trip in the wrong section of Silas Creek Parkway. The directions below will bring you to our office the easiest way.)

From Hanes Mall / I-40 / US-421:

• Take Silas Creek Northbound (going away from Hanes Mall), then take the Country Club Road exit on the right, approximately 1.8 miles from Hanes Mall and Forsyth Medical Center.
• At the stop sign at the top of the ramp, turn right onto Country Club Road.
• Go across the bridge.
• At the 1st stop light (right past the end of the bridge), make a left onto Harper Street.
• Take the 1st driveway on the left (almost immediately after turning onto Harper Street).
• Keep the two-story building on your left as you drive through the parking lot.
• Follow the parking lot to the right towards a three-story building. Across the front of the building will be "Daniel Professional Group".
• Park and enter the front door of the building. Take the elevator on your left to the third floor.
• Salem is in Suite 300, on the right at the end of the hall.

From US-52 / North Point Blvd / University Parkway area:

• Take University Parkway to North Point Blvd, turn right onto North Point Blvd
• North Point Blvd becomes Silas Creek Parkway South at the Bethabara Road intersection - stay straight
• Take Silas Creek Parkway Southbound (heading towards Hanes Mall), then take the Country Club Road exit.
• At the top of the ramp, go straight through the stop light (onto Harper Street).
• Take the 1st driveway on the left (almost immediately after crossing onto Harper Street).
• Keep the two-story building on your left as you drive through the parking lot.
• Follow the parking lot to the right towards a three-story building. Across the front of the building will be "Daniel Professional Group".
• Park and enter the front door of the building. Take the elevator on your left to the third floor.

From Mt. Airy / I-77:

• Take I-77 to Hwy 52 South, then 52 South to I-40 West.
• Take Exit 190 for Hanes Mall Blvd, turn right onto Hanes Mall Blvd.
• Turn left onto Silas Creek Parkway in front of Forsyth Medical Center.
• Take the Country Club Road exit.
• At the stop sign at the top of the ramp, turn right onto Country Club Road.
• Go across the bridge.

• Take I-40 East toward Winston Salem
• Take Exit 188 (on the left) to merge onto I-40-Business / US-421 South toward Winston Salem / Downtown
• Take Exit 2-B for Silas Creek Parkway North
• Merge onto Silas Creek Parkway
• Take the Country Club Road Exit
• At the stop sign at the top of the ramp, turn right onto Country Club Road
• Go across the bridge
• At the 1st stop light (right past the end of the bridge), make a left onto Harper Street
• Take the 1st driveway on the left (almost immediately after turning onto Harper Street)
