The position's duties will require coordinating and supporting patients and potential patients. This involves tasks such as verifying eligibility requirements, describing benefits, entering information into Eaglesoft system, calculating and collecting required payments for fees such as co-pays and deductibles, and generating reports for all of these activities. Will explain financial plans, payment options and assisting in applying for treatment credit. Will provide additional backup to Insurance Department with claims, posting payments and front desk with check in/out, scheduling, answering calls as needed.
