DENTAL FRONT OFFICE SUPPORT CANDIDATES:

Dental Front Office Support #8177 – Proficient in scheduling appointments, explaining insurance co-payments and payment arrangements, sterilization, obtaining pre-op vitals, presenting case studies to patients, filling out lab scripts, filing charts, explaining treatment to patients, and assisting patients and Dentist during procedures.  Available for Greensboro to Durham areas.

Office Manager / Dental Front Office Support  #4396 – Experienced with managing office operations, training employees, providing administrative support, filing and follow-up of insurance, assisting with patient financial coordination, monitoring expenditures, correspondence, reports, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, generating payroll, coordinating A/R and A/P, payment posting and bookkeeping.

Front Office Support #6754  -  Experienced in answering multi-line phones, scheduling, greeting patients, check in/out, setting financial arrangements, patient billing & collections, AR and month-end close, handling all aspects of insurance including billing (electronic & manual), claim submissions and appeals. DENTAL ASSISTANT CANDIDATES:

DAII # 3501 -  Experienced DAII with skills including chair side assisting, Coronal Polishing, digital X-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, application of matrix band/wedge, crown placements, treatment plan presentation, sterilization, clinical documentation, operatory preparation, pre- and post-operative instruction, taking impressions, pouring/trimming models, and patient scheduling.

CDA #9272 – New CDA with experience in assisting with Restorative, Root Canals, Pans, X-rays, Sterilization, Laser Surgery, Denture Adjustments, Etching, Bonding, Replacing Wires and O Rings, Impressions.  Also experienced with Front Office duties such as scheduling, phones, insurance verification, operatory clean-up and set-up and more!

DAII #9899– Experienced as Head Dental Assistant in performing chair side duties for General Dentistry, Endo, Implants and Oral Surgery; suture removal; alginate & impregum impressions; fabricated and cemented temporary crowns & bridges, X-rays, assisting patients with post-op instructions and questions; administering clinic operations including budget management and competitive pricing for services.

DAII #1466 – Available for Fill-In positions, this Dental Assistant  has experience in regular and expanded duties, including assisting with extractions and implants, assisting with Front Office administrative and patient flow duties, taking radiographs, sterilization and disinfections, taking impressions and making models, composite restorations, setting up for procedures, operatory break-down, inventory, and more!

CDA #4521  -  With over five years of experience, this assistant performs restorative, cosmetic, conscious sedation and orthodontic procedures.  Ability to fabricate temporaries for crown & bridge, impressions, periapical radiographs and performs full expanded functions.  Provides lead guidance for other assistants within the practice as well as employee scheduling, ordering/maintaining supply budget.  Available for Direct Hire and/or Permanent Placement.

DENTAL HYGIENIST CANDIDATES:

Hygienist #9282 – Familiar with Dentrix and digital radiography, this Hygienist has extensive experience in periodontal therapy, scaling and root-planing, local antibiotic therapy placement, soft tissue management, treatment planning, patient education, and Zoom whitening!  Available for Fill-In or Temporary opportunities only.

Hygienist #6038 – Superb patient rapport and individual patient care education skills, highly skilled in oral prophylaxis with optimal removal of calculus, plaque and stain.  Experienced in providing diagnostic digital X-rays and updating medical histories, counseling and motivating patients, providing and applying cavity prevention agents such as fluoride and sealants, and scheduling recall appointments!

Hygienist #0585 – Experienced in performing all aspects of advanced periodontal care, therapeutic care to post-surgical and periodontal patients, prophylaxes, scaling, application of pit & fissure sealants, polishing restorations, fluoride applications, exposing and developing radiographs, patient education and much more! Hygienist #9654 – Skilled in providing oral prophylaxis; soft tissue management;  taking and interpretation of diagnostic digital, film and panoramic radiographs; thorough intra/extraoral exams and evaluations; providing fluoride and sealants; utilization of cavitron, piezo and hand scaling; use of EagleSoft, Dentrix and Practice Works software.
